4/5

This November, get ready for some brutal music with the return of Denver-based harsh death metal band Of Feather and Bone, who are releasing their third album, Sulfuric Disintegration. This album, with power and intensity, proves that Of Feather and Bone is only getting better as time goes on.

With six tracks, Sulfuric Disintegration brings in the firey power of the brutal death metal genre. “Carnage,” “brutal,” and “powerful” are words to describe the tracks on this album, all of which are of a very high quality. The more I listen to this album, the heavier it gets, which creates the intensity found in its atmosphere. The talent of the band members is also undeniably excellent, with raw, growling vocals, heavy guitar riffs, and exploding drumbeats.

Overall, this is a well-done album and highly recommended for hardcore metal fans looking for heavy music at the end of this heaviest of years.
